Abstract: With the high development of educational informatization, more and more attention is paid to the sharing and optimal allocation of resources in the field of education. Although with the emergence and development of online education modes such as distance education, the allocation of educational resources presents the overall characteristics of fairness, but there are still problems such as repeated construction of educational resources, information island, and serious imbalance of educational resources among regions. With cloud computing as the technical support, the educational resource sharing service platform can effectively deal with the problems of excessive infrastructure investment and low utilization of educational resources, which is the key to promoting educational resource sharing and interregional higher education exchanges and cooperation. Therefore, through the research on cloud computing and educational resource sharing service platform, based on the overall and functional requirements of the platform, this paper discusses the specific problems such as platform module design, system inspection and application form, so as to provide reference for the construction of educational resource sharing service platform in colleges and universities.
